We source all of our organic cocoa nibs in central and south America from the best cocoa processers. We know that when it comes to RAW cocoa nibs, microbiology is a queen. Our supplier selects the best beans for cutting them into nibs. This product is packed with antioxidants and vitamins. The flavor of our nibs is exceptional because they are RAW and the quality is stable because we process them and package them in an aseptic and sterile environment.
