Cacao is a great source of four scientifically proven bliss chemicals : serotonin, dopamine, anandamide and phenyl ethylamine. These neurotransmitters are associated with feelings of happiness.
Our organic cocoa powder is pressed in Europe from the finest organic cocoa beans. We do the entire range of qualities concerning fat contents, natural, alkalized, raw and toasted. Our high quality cacao powder has a strong bitter flavor because no sweetener is added. Depending on its intended use, we can supply you with 10-12 % fat cacao (low fat) or 20-22% fat cacao (high fat). We make sure that our product meets the fat content and that it does not have any pollutants or foreign particles.
